Boston Consulting Group – Charity Event

The Brief

The Boston Consulting Group was celebrating its 50th Anniversary by arranging a Dragon Boat event on the Thames in London to raise money for Cancer Research UK. BCG wanted to make a big visual impact of the large event space in order to welcome guests and highlight the celebration. The event needed to be branded, exciting and work within a budget.

Our Solution

A member of the Graphic Mill team went up to London to meet with BCG and take a look at the space that needed branding. After viewing the space, we recommended that we create six, four metre high vertical banners highlighting the event’s theme and keeping exactly to the BCG corporate colour scheme.

As this was a one off event, we made the decision with BCG to use PVC for the banners so that we could ensure the project stayed within budget. The banners were installed in the venue the evening before the event and looked absolutely fantastic, drawing the viewer’s eye to Boston Consulting Group’s logo and strong messaging.

The event went really well and BCG raised a fantastic £25k for Cancer Research UK.
