eGym provide state-of-the-art technology and modern training concepts, making workouts fun for everyone.

We had worked with eGym previously and were excited when they decided to work with us again for their biggest exhibition stand yet (100m²) at Elevate, the UK’s largest trade event dedicated to physical activity.

Brief

THE BRIEF

The exhibition stand needed to create maximum impact, showing that eGym, as a growing and ever-evolving brand, has the most innovative products on the fitness market. It also needed to be set up for product demonstrations, allowing visitors to try the fitness equipment for themselves, taking them on a journey, as well as driving brand awareness and creating a buzz around eGym.

eGym provided a clear brief for the stand in advance to ensure that every last detail was considered to create the finest quality exhibition stand.

Process

THE PROCESS

The eGym stand was designed by our in-house designer Richard, along with the rest of the Graphic Mill team and the team at eGym – who came up with the initial concepts.

We provided eGym with 3D visuals and working drawings of the scheme, allowing us to tweak the design over the space of three months to create a truly impactful exhibition stand, designed to impress.

Graphic Mill project managed the stand from the initial concept to delivery, with eGym organising internet and electrics for the stand.

Outcome

THE OUTCOME

The final stand showcased the fully-connected gym solution, highlighting key products as well as being able to engage visitors with the “strength challenge”, allowing enough space for people to gather around. The exhibition stand needed to create a walkthrough for visitors; it was important that visitors didn’t see just one area of the stand and then leave, so the stand was enclosed – taking them on a journey.

The exhibition stand needed to be as reusable as possible and take into account recyclability. With this in mind, graphics were printed on material and filled to our aluminium frames.
