Pulsin worked with us to upgrade their exhibition stand creating something that was bigger and more eye-catching than previously, that would really draw attention to Pulsin and increase brand awareness
Pulsin are award-winning manufacturers of premium protein powders, shakes and snack bars made using quality natural ingredients to produce products that are delicious and good for you. We had previously worked with Pulsin and they got in touch with us about upgrading their exhibition stand for something even bigger and more eye-catching. The stand needed to draw attention to Pulsin, increasing awareness of the brand allow for visitor interaction as well as giving the opportunity to capture leads from visitors.
We worked with designer Hannah Meur and in-house designer Richard to create the concepts and visuals for the stand. The exhibition stand needed to include an interactive game element to aid in data capture, engage visitors and build brand awareness for Pulsin.
As the stand was to include prize wheel special consideration was needed to allow for a queue of people visiting the stand to play the game. The space still needed to be useable and useful to the stand. We also designed the stand with the option of being reusable and considered the height restriction of 2.7m at The Old Truman Brewery for the Balance festival.
We worked with Pulsin to develop the initial concept creating visuals based on their own unique branding incorporating with the prize wheel.
After the initial meeting with Pulsin we used the concept visuals as a starting point to think about the stand as a whole, the space and the overall look of the stand. Features such as the addition of practical storage solutions within the back wall of the exhibition stand and a wider counter than Pulsin had used in the past. We worked with Pulsin to develop the stand so that it could be reconfigured to be used at different venues/shows giving options to remove shelves and/or include a fridge at future events. Our design also considered the overall area creating as much space as possible for people visiting the stand during the show. We needed to create enough space between where delegate details were taken on an ipad and the prize wheel itself.
The stand was crafted from wood to give a natural feel whilst working within the budget for the display. The main feature of the stand was a bespoke prize wheel made in-house for Pulsin. As we worked with Pulsin over several months to perfect the stand we were able to make it truly flexible, the prize wheel can be removed for trade shows as required, shelving and fridge options reconfigured and height increased for venues with a greater maximum height than 2.7m.
Pulsin had an extremely successful show at Balance festival and we are currently storing the stand for use at their next events.
