A front-running Elevate exhibition stand for EGYM with an emphasis on technology-driven equipment and meeting people.
The challenge
An open, workout-orientated stand for visitors to trial EGYM machines, featuring strong branding and plenty of space to meet and greet.

EGYM thrived at Elevate, and with their strong product showing of smart gym equipment, and bright and engaging space, the stand truly stood out in the show.
EGYM are a global fitness technology leader, providing intelligent solutions that make workouts easier and smarter. We’ve worked with EGYM for many years, and we were thrilled to help out again with this year’s Elevate exhibition stand at ExCel.
The team wanted an Elevate exhibition stand that captured the essence of the EGYM brand, created an engaging space and focused on their technology-driven solutions. A meeting area with seating was also crucial, and a reception counter was included to provide a base for staff.

The layout of the stand aimed to be both open and inviting whilst allowing enough space for the EGYM machines, particularly the Fitness Hubs. Providing both power and a data connection to each of the machines meant careful planning before the show, with the cables routed underneath the raised platform floor. The machines were also heavy and designed for impact, so we made sure that the sub-floor spec was up to the task.
The floor was covered in durable wood-effect vinyl, replicating a gym environment and perfect for easy cleaning at the end of the day. Stainless steel ramp lined the floor to provide easy access to the stand whilst also finishing off the space.
Although it may look like the stand was clad in wood panels, these were in fact tension fabric graphics printed with a realistic wood texture. By taking this approach, logistical and manufacturing costs were reduced, the environmental impact was much lower, and most people didn’t realise the difference! The fabrics also fold up to a small footprint saving on storage costs.
The Elevate exhibition stand structure was built using our range of environmentally responsible aluminium framework. These frames are strong, sturdy and easily reconfigurable, allowing for quick layout changes during the design process.
Brilliant spotlights and downlights helped to push the stand to its potential, highlighting the EGYM branding and making the space stand out in the hall. A huge 3 by 2.5 metre lightbox adorned the back wall with an impressive and bright graphic.
There was plenty of storage on the stand, with a lockable store room and counter. This provided the perfect place to hide away staff belongings and extra stock such as giveaways. An under counter bar fridge was also hired for keeping drinks cool; exactly what was needed after a workout!

Once the Elevate exhibition stand design was finalised, our project team completed all the required documentation which included RAMS statements and drawings for the organisers. This made the process for the client much easier as we utilise our years of exhibitions experience to get the job done. We prebuild all of our stands in-house to ensure our usual high level of quality before the show.
The Elevate exhibition stand build ran smoothly, and EGYM were delighted with their space. We look forward to working with the team again!
