The challenge

To create an inviting and social stand with engaging demonstration areas and plenty of impact.

The result

An eye-catching, 4m tall stand with high level branding, large and vibrant screens, and a clear product focus that drew in show visitors.

We’ve been working with Nervecentre on their event spaces for many years now and it’s been great to see their product go from strength to strength. This year at HETT show, the Healthcare Excellence Through Technology show, Nervecentre wanted to go bigger than ever – and that’s what we delivered.

“Dan and the team at Graphic Mill built us a fantastic modern stand that really stood out from the crowd. As usual, the team were very professional and reliable and played a very important part in another successful event for Nervecentre.”

Nervecentre at HETT

As the main focus of the team was to create a welcoming space with the Nervecentre product as the hero, several stand features were prioritised. A central counter for greeting visitors, sit down spaces with bar chairs and tables, and demonstration zones featuring large wall-mounted screens all contributed towards the success of the stand.

With seamless, vibrant graphics rising up to 4 metres on the back wall, and with a rigged box up even higher, Nervecentre branding could be seen throughout the HETT show hall. Lighting canopies and down lights accentuated the colourful graphics and helped to draw visitors on to the stand.

Modular aluminium framework was used to create the structure, an environmentally friendly, stable, and cost-effective rental solution. When combined with reusable tension fabric graphics, structures like this can be used again and again, and even reconfigured, making them perfect for exhibitions.

Using split flooring indicated distinct zones in the stand, with dark carpet for the meeting space and wood effect vinyl for the demonstration areas. This provides another layer of intricacy to the stand that emphasises a clear sense of purpose.

The stand had plenty of storage available with a lockable storeroom integrated into the backwall and a code-locked front counter. These provide perfect locations for hiding away electronics, staff belongings, and exhibiting promotional stock.

Visualising the stand in 3D CAD software meant that we could show Nervecentre how the stand could look whilst also allowing quick changes to be made. We provided artwork templates for the team to drop their graphics in, which are then fed back into the 3D model. The final design can then be rendered with realistic lighting and materials to give photo-quality visuals.

Prebuilding the project in our facility gave the Nervecentre team the opportunity to see the stand and optimise their strategy for the show. It meant that the team could test their tech and ensure smooth running on the day.

The stand was installed in at the HETT show in ExCel successfully, and handed over to the Nervecentre team who were delighted to be exhibiting again. We look forward to working with Nervecentre again in future.
