How does the exhibition stand design process work?
1. Brief Consultation
We’ll get started with a short consultation over phone or zoom where we’ll discuss your goals for the exhibition, past experiences and brand ambitions.
This is also a great opportunity to discuss the best way to get the maximum value from your budget.
2. Virtual Window Designs
If you’re using us for the creative, we’ll get to work on your design and present you with a virtual window design for your review.
If you’ve chosen to use your own design team/freelancer for this stage, we can work with them to answer any questions they have to get the most out of the production process.
Once the direction of the window has been agreed, we will provide a full quote for the project.
3. Feedback and Revised Designs
Once you’ve reviewed your design, there will always be tweaks and changes to be made – there can be a few rounds of designs to get the stand looking perfect.
4. Final Designs
With the final branding and designs, we’ll create a set of 3D window visuals based on an accurate scale model of the Whole Foods windows,. These will give a real impression of your window display from various angles. We can make final tweaks to the layout to make sure your 100% happy with how your window will look.
How much will my window display cost?

How long does the design process take?
After an initial consultation we’ll get the first round of designs for your to review within 5 working days.
To get the most from the Whole Foods window design process, we recommend starting the process around 3-6 months before a live dates. This give a health amount of time to the creative process in the early stage.
Time isn’t always on our side, so we’re used to fast tracking the design process to meet tighter deadlines.

Can we use our own designer?
Yes! Of course – if you’ve used a designer for a while who is established with your brand, it can often make sense to use them for your window display too. We’re happy to provide as much or as little design input as you need.
