The challenge
To design a colourful and impactful exhibition stand that can be used time and time again across shows.
The result
A joyful, modular design that highlights the playful nature of the brand with a huge chocolate stack, bold graphics and easy reconfiguration options.
We’re big chocolate fans at Graphic Mill, so when Ritter Sport got in touch to design their latest exhibition stand, we were delighted to help out! The team wanted a reusable exhibition stand that could be reconfigured across multiple shows throughout the year, so durability and adaptivity were a must. The exhibition stand also had to be bold, bright and eye-catching, which is exactly what we delivered.
At the request of the team, we custom-built a huge chocolate bar stack, featuring a range of colourful Ritter Sport products and a tempered-glass top. The interior of the stack has a hidden aperture, perfect for hiding away stock and staff belongings. A range of sampling trays was also handmade for handing out treats during the show.
The walls of the stand were built with Aluvision framework, perfect for reconfiguring the layout and providing a strong, durable and environmentally-friendly structure. The vibrant graphics were cleverly designed by the Ritter Sport team to be easily swapped in and out when required, and the large lightbox provides a focal point for the brand logo.
Lighting was important for the stand, with elegant downlights highlighting the punchy graphics. A 24” screen was included for looping video content, and a lockable cupboard provided even more storage for the exhibiting team. For National Convenience Show, a storeroom was added into the design using our own rental stock.
The flooring options have also changed show by show, with some shows requiring a simple vinyl floor covering, and others (such as NCS) featuring a raised floor with trim to finish. By reusing the same equipment again and again, these details can be tweaked on a show-by-show basis.
For ease of transport, custom made flight cases were created for the kit. These help ensure the equipment is always kept together and provides a layer of protection during the various moves around the country. The stand is stored in Graphic Mill’s secure storage facility and we provide installation services whenever the team require them.
Ritter Sport love their reusable exhibition stand and have taken it on the road now many times, getting great return on investment. We look forward to installing their next show.
