To design an eye-catching stand that mirrored the distinctive Aire Logic brand and create a product demo focal area.

A beautiful stand that stood out in the show, with superb build quality and several points of interest.
Working with Aire Logic, we designed, built and installed their stand at HETT Show, the Healthcare Excellence Through Technology show, at ExCel in London. The Aire Logic brand is distinct and eye-catching and the team wanted to reflect this through their stand, particularly through the use of their unique 3D cog.
The purpose of the stand was clear; to champion the Aire Logic software with large demo screens and to bring the brand to life for HETT show visitors.

The team at Aire Logic had a detailed set of brand guidelines for us to work with, and their direction was to replicate elements of their HQ in their stand. We aimed to achieve this through brick-texture backwall graphics, modern furniture and industrial lighting, whilst also keeping the trade stand looking sharp and professional. The use of several in-house made custom elements, including a rear illuminated 3D cog, plywood column and canopy, and split designed counter all combine to make this stand special.
Technology, and particularly the demonstration area with 3 large wall-mounted screens, were the clear focus of the stand and we worked with the technical team to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the day. The corridor facing panel was designed to be replaceable, allowing for easy future updates to the QR code.
Lighting was very important on the Aire Logic stand. Adding in top-down lights, hanging filament bulbs and rear illumination to the 3D cog all contributed to creating impact and drawing visitors to the stand.
Plenty of storage was also included, with a lockable storeroom to the rear of the stand for the team to store their belongings, and further shelving inside the counter unit for hiding away laptops and other electronics.
One of the first part of our service was to create a detailed 3D model of the stand in CAD software. This allowed us to share designs quickly and succinctly with Aire Logic and gain valuable feedback. Once the team was happy with the stand layout, the final branding and artworking was generated based on our artwork templates. This was then inserted into the model and realistic visuals were generated to get a feel for how the final stand would look.
As always, the stand was prebuilt in our facility, ensuring a smooth build on the day of the show. It also enables us to guarantee a perfectly finished stand and no surprises on the day. Our in-house installation team delivered and installed the stand at HETT show successfully and to their usual high standard of finish. The process of handing the stand over to the Aire Logic team was seamless, allowing them to focus on exhibiting their product.
